Catherine Tang is a Haematologist based in Sydney, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of blood disorders. She holds a BSc(Med)Hons degree, an MBBS (Hons I) degree, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA).
After obtaining her Bachelor of Science (Medical) with Honors and her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with First Class Honors, Dr. Tang completed extensive training in Haematology. She has a wealth of experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of blood disorders, including hematological malignancies such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, as well as non-malignant conditions like anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, and platelet disorders.
Dr. Tang believes in delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care. She takes a personalized approach to treatment, tailoring plans to each patient's individual needs. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Dr. Tang effectively communicates with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
