Dr Brad Armstrong

Dr Brad Armstrong is a skilled Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based in Greenslopes, Brisbane. With a deep passion for helping women throughout their pregnancies and childbirth, he has earned a reputation as one of the most respected professionals in his field.

Born and raised in Brisbane, Dr Armstrong completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland before embarking on his medical career at Cairns Base Hospital, where he specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. As a junior doctor, he gained invaluable experience in North Queensland, providing care to women from diverse backgrounds.

Throughout his career, Dr Armstrong's training has taken him across Queensland, from the Torres Strait to Brisbane. His dedication to his field is evident in his extensive training, culminating in a fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in July 2009. While he is well-versed in all aspects of the specialty, his primary focus has been on Obstetrics. He recognizes the transformative impact that birth can have on both mother and child, and is committed to providing exceptional care throughout the entire process.

As a father of three children himself, Dr Armstrong understands the importance of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as the need for compassionate care during these transformative events. Currently, he serves as the Director of Obstetrics at the Greenslopes Maternity Unit, where he is responsible for overseeing and providing exceptional care to women during pregnancy and childbirth.
