Dr Kaur is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to effectively communicate with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She strongly believes in providing care with respect, dignity, compassion, and commitment, ensuring that every woman receives the highest quality of healthcare. Dr Kaur's journey in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology began in regional Victoria, where she gained valuable experience before moving to Mercy Hospital in Melbourne to complete her DRANZCOG. Inspired by her passion for women's health, she continued working at The Monash Hospital and ultimately decided to specialise in the field. Her specialist training took place in New South Wales, after which she joined Logan Hospital as a staff specialist. There, she managed high-risk antenatal clinics, while also mentoring junior doctors and medical students to provide the best possible healthcare for women. Dr Kaur is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field and providing evidence-based care. She has particular expertise in the management of high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgeries (including laparoscopic hysterectomy), and the treatment of endometriosis. She strongly believes in helping couples facing fertility challenges and is committed to assisting them in realizing their dream of having a baby. In addition to her general gynaecology practice, Dr Kaur specialises in various areas, including IVF, obstetrics, and gynaecology. Within the IVF field, she offers early intervention options, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), frozen embryo transfer (FET), and fertility preservation. For obstetrics, she provides preconception care and counseling, management of early pregnancy complications, and high and low-risk antenatal care. In gynaecology, Dr Kaur focuses on adolescent gynaecology, menstrual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, abnormal pap smears, colposcopy, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts, hysterectomy, contraception counseling, IUD insertion, fertility-related gynaecology procedures, continence, and laparoscopic surgery, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy as a minimally invasive procedure. Dr Anu Kaur established Aurora Women’s Health in 2016 with the belief that every woman deserves the highest quality of life and care for her health.
