Dr Andrew Letchford

Dr Andrew Letchford is an Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in Southport, Gold Coast. He specializes in hip, knee, and trauma-fracture surgeries. Dr Letchford obtained his MB BS degree from Sydney University in 2000 and became a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2009.

With a keen interest in orthopaedic surgery, Dr Letchford offers an array of services at his private practice located at Pacific Private. He is experienced in hip and knee arthroscopy, replacements, revision surgery, as well as sports injury and emergency orthopaedic surgery. Dr Letchford operates at Pindara Private Hospital and also holds a visiting medical officer position at Logan Hospital.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Letchford has been actively involved in medical student education and training with Bond University and Griffith University. Prior to his medical career, he worked in the marine sciences field and gained valuable experience in the Gulf of Carpentaria and Torres Strait, as well as in underground mining in Western Australia.
