Dr Adam Ofri's profile

Dr Adam Ofri is a skilled surgeon who trained at the prestigious Northern Network in Sydney. He earned his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in 2020. In 2023, he achieved Full Member status at BreastSurgANZ after two years of post-fellowship training. His experience includes work at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in New South Wales and the high-volume public tertiary hospital Sir Charles Gairdner in Western Australia, where he gained expertise in oncoplastic surgery.

Dr. Ofri is not just a practitioner but also an accomplished academic. He earned his Masters of Surgery in 2013 and is currently a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney.

Dr. Ofri is a Clinical Research Fellow at the Academic Institute of Surgery at Royal Prince Alfred. In 2023, he was honoured as the Breast Cancer Trials’ Clinical Research Fellow, receiving the John Collins Fellow Medal & Travel Grant. His work is internationally recognised through numerous presentations and publications.

Driven by a passion for improving breast cancer management, Dr Ofri leads as the Primary Investigator for the ANZ TAD Registry and the DCISionRT RCT, both focused on reducing the extent of treatment for patients.
