Dr Erick Fuentes

Dr Erick Fuentes is a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon who completed his FRACS training at John Hunter Hospital in 2011. After that, he completed subspecialty training in Breast Oncologic Surgery at the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute in 2012. He further honed his skills in acute, general, and trauma surgery at Liverpool Hospital in 2013.

Dr Fuentes' expertise is in the latest therapeutic and diagnostic techniques for the treatment of breast disease. He is particularly experienced in oncoplastic breast surgery, a multidisciplinary approach that aims to remove breast cancer while preserving or reconstructing the natural shape of the breast.

With diagnostic breast ultrasound and implant-based single and two-stage breast reconstruction following mastectomy among his other skills, Dr Fuentes ensures that his patients receive optimal care.
