Dr Toula Tsovolos

Dr Tsovolos has extensive experience working with individuals between the ages of 1-17, and has also collaborated with doctors, psychiatrists, and medical students in the past. She has a particular expertise in the application of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Psychotherapy.

Aside from English, Dr Tsovolos also speaks Greek, allowing her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients. Her compassionate and empathetic approach, combined with her thorough understanding of psychiatric conditions, enables her to deliver personalized care to individuals with various mental health concerns.
