Dr Susie Luu

Dr Susie Luu is an exceptionally skilled ophthalmologist specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of various eye conditions. Based in Wayville, Adelaide, South Australia, she is committed to providing exceptional eye care to her patients.

Dr Luu obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the prestigious University of Adelaide in 2004. She further honed her expertise by completing her ophthalmology training in South Australia.

Driven by her passion for paediatric ophthalmology, Dr Luu pursued a fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. There, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in treating pediatric eye conditions and strabismus.

In 2017, after completing her fellowship in Canada, Dr Luu returned to Adelaide and now serves as a consultant ophthalmologist at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre. With a special interest in both adult and paediatric eye conditions, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration, she is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective treatment plans to her patients.
