Dr Sebastianus Kwon

Dr Sebastianus Kwon is a highly skilled Oesophago-Gastric and General Surgeon with a wealth of experience in managing benign and malignant oesophago-gastric conditions. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of NSW and received his fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2009. Dr Kwon further honed his surgical skills with post-fellowship training at John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle and St George Hospital, Sydney. He also participated in an ANZGOSA training program which involved a stint at Korea's Gastric Cancer Unit and the Northern Oesophago-Gastric Cancer Unit in Newcastle, UK. Dr Kwon's expertise in oesophago-gastric surgery has led him to be accredited as a member of the Australia & New Zealand Gastric & Oesophageal Surgery Association. His extensive experience in the field has earned him a position as a General and Oesophago-Gastric surgeon at John Hunter Hospital, NSW.
