Ms Michaela Rudder

Michaela is a registered psychologist coming into her tenth year in practice. Michaela is known for being a warm, caring, and passionate psychologist. She has worked with people from a wide variety of age groups, across cultures, identities, genders, sexual orientations, and with various presenting concerns. Michaela has a strong focus on building a relationship with her clients, creating a safe therapeutic space, working collaboratively, and empowering them to make change in their lives. Her relaxed yet focused approach to therapy enables her clients to feel genuinely supported as they develop a deeper understanding into their psyche, detangle the chaos of the mind, reconnect with themselves and develop skills to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Michaela has a strong interest in understanding the impact of early trauma on development and adult life. She also has an interest in understanding holistic psychological approach, exploring the relationship between mind and body, by recognising the importance of understanding our biology and neurobiology, sleep, nutrition, relationships, work, movement and spirituality on mental health.
