Dr Sanjay Joshi

Dr Joshi completed his basic medical training in Mumbai, India, and went on to further his education in orthopaedics in India, South Africa, and Australia. Prior to migrating to Australia in 2005, he worked as a general orthopaedic surgeon in private practice in South Africa for ten years. In Australia, he joined Queensland Health as a staff specialist and obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

With a focus on trauma, general orthopaedics, and arthroscopic surgery, Dr Joshi has gained extensive training and experience in his field. He holds several qualifications, including a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, a Certified Independent Medical Examiner from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, a Fellowship from the College of Surgeons in South Africa, a Master of Surgery from Bombay University, a Diploma in Orthopaedic Surgery from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Bombay, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Bombay University.

In addition to his professional experience, Dr Joshi has served as a Specialist Service Officer at the Royal Military College of Australia. He is highly regarded for his expertise in orthopaedic surgery and is considered one of the best in his field.
