Dr Rob Park

With over a decade of experience as a local GP and as a national chief examiner for the Royal Australian College of GPs, Dr. Rob Park has now become a pain specialist who is dedicated to exploring complex pain conditions with a new perspective. Hailing from Cairns, Dr. Park studied at the University of Queensland and completed his junior doctor training at Nambour Hospital. Dr. Park has completed Pain Training at Nambour Hospital and under the guidance of Dr. Paul Frank, with whom he works with today to further his fellowship. As a respected freelancer for Australian Doctor and a co-author of a medical textbook, Dr. Park has presented at national GP conferences. He also created as well as convened the successful Sport and Spinal Sunshine Coast MSK and pain conference for three consecutive years. Dr. Park is now looking forward to co-convening the national pain annual scientific meeting in 2024. Dr. Park's approach to patient care is one that appreciates the importance of explaining medical conditions in clear and easy-to-understand language, ensuring that his patients comprehend every step of their medical journey. He now performs pain admissions and procedures at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital, and referrals are accepted via Medical Objects.
