He worked as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in Delhi before moving to Australia. In 2009, he earned European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Certification, followed by a Royal Australasian College of Physicians fellowship in 2011. He also has a Master of Clinical Medicine degree with specialization in Leadership and Management, which he received in 2019. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Specialist at The Tweed Hospital since 2010, Dr Srivastav is actively involved in teaching medical students and holds an academic appointment at The Griffith University. He also supervises junior medical doctors and medical oncology advanced trainees. Dr Srivastav has a keen interest in clinical research and is currently a principal investigator in several clinical trials conducted at The Tweed Hospital. Dr Srivastav is a member of several prestigious medical organizations including the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA). He specialises in treating non-haematological malignancies and has a particular interest in urogenital and breast cancers. His expertise and dedication make him one of the most sought-after oncologists in the region. Dr Srivastav is fluent in English and Hindi, providing excellent communication to patients from diverse backgrounds.
