Dr Chloe Pek Sang Tang is an accomplished clinical haematologist and an internationally recognized expert in lymphoproliferative disorders. In 2007, she completed her medical degree from The University of Melbourne followed by advanced haematology training in 2015 at the most reputable centres, including St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, Alfred Hospital, Monash Medical Centre and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Chloe pursued her PhD on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) under the guidance of Professor Constantine Tam. In 2019, Chloe was awarded a 12-month fellowship at the University of Oxford's Molecular Diagnostic Centre under Professor Anna Schuh. She currently leads the writing task force on behalf of the British Society of Haematology and UK CLL forum for national management guidelines on CLL. Her interest in using ctDNA to guide treatment for lymphoma is evidenced by her membership in the esteemed Precision Medicine for Aggressive Lymphoma (PMAL) UK consortium. Chloe is passionate about clinical research, and her publications in high-impact haematology journals such as The Lancet attest to her contributions. With experience in managing an extensive range of haematological disorders, Chloe is also associated with the Alfred Hospital in a clinical capacity. She prioritises individualized, patient-centered care and strives to provide cutting-edge molecular techniques to develop precision medicine. Chloe is multilingual and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, making her accessible to diverse communities.
