Dr. Nathan Dwyer is an accomplished interventional cardiologist specialising in coronary artery disease, percutaneous coronary intervention, and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Nathan earned his medical degree from the University of Tasmania in 2000, and subsequently completed his specialised cardiology training at the Royal Hobart Hospital in 2007. He further pursued his education by obtaining a PhD in 2010, during which he conducted groundbreaking research on pulmonary blood flow. Driven by his passion for advancing his field, he completed a two-year subspecialty training in coronary intervention and clinical research at the prestigious Libin Cardiovascular Institute of Alberta, Canada.
