Dr Liam Johnson

Dr Liam Johnson is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising in Paediatric Orthopaedics, who treats a range of orthopaedic conditions in the southside of Brisbane. Dr Johnson is experienced in managing paediatric trauma of the upper and lower limb, sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, limb deformity, and paediatric lower limb conditions. He is dedicated to providing high-quality care for his patients and employs the latest surgical techniques, while also tailoring treatment to suit each individual. Dr Johnson consults from his rooms in Dutton Park and Greenslopes Private Hospital, serving patients all over Brisbane.

Dr Johnson's education in science and medicine took place at the University of Queensland, where he graduated in 2006. He completed his Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2018. Dr Johnson focused on Paediatric Orthopaedics, completing a Fellowship at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. He believes in non-surgical management before considering alternate options and favours a collaborative approach to patient care, emphasising open communication between patients, their families and practitioners to ensure the best possible results.
