Dr James Finkemeyer

After earning a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Plastic Surgery in 2018, Dr. Finkemeyer expanded his expertise with two international fellowships at Oxford University Hospitals and Vancouver General Hospital. He has presented at national and international conferences and authored publications in the field of Plastic Surgery. Currently, he serves as Supervisor of Training at St. Vincent's Hospital. His practice includes a range of plastic surgery disciplines, both aesthetic and reconstructive, with a particular focus on head, neck, craniofacial, and rhinoplasty surgeries. His surgical expertise extends to post-traumatic or functional deficit cases as well. In 2020, Dr. Finkemeyer collaborated with facial therapy and ENT specialists to establish a facial palsy MDT that now receives referrals from all over Australia.
