Dr Graeme Crossland

Meet Graeme Crossland, an expert Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon, with a specific focus on ear disorders in children and adults. After graduating from the University of Manchester (UK) in 1997, Mr. Crossland completed ENT surgery training in Cambridge in 2011. He then received further training in ear and hearing implantation surgery at the renowned Otology and Skull Base unit in Cambridge, United Kingdom - a highly competitive fellowship that has trained many of Australia's top ear surgeons.

In pursuit of his passion for treating severe ear disease, Mr. Crossland completed a one-year Fellowship appointment in Darwin in 2012. He was impressed by the lifestyle and opportunity to treat a diverse spectrum of challenging illnesses and decided to make Darwin his permanent home. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in developing innovative surgical techniques for ear disease management in the Northern Territory, including a cochlear implant service.

Mr. Crossland spends his time visiting remote communities and consulting at the Royal Darwin Hospital and Darwin Private Hospital. In addition to his practice, he is also committed to teaching and has held the position of head of Northern Territory clinical school at Flinders University. Mr. Crossland's wealth of academic and practical expertise has earned him a reputation as one of the best ENT surgeons in Australia.
