Dr Khoo has undergone extensive training in gastroenterology at renowned institutions including the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital. She holds a fellowship in inflammatory bowel disease from Mater Hospital Brisbane and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field through the University of Queensland. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Khoo is actively involved in medical education. She serves as a lecturer at the Griffith University Medical School and is an associated lecturer for the University of Queensland Medical School. With a focus on gastroenterology, Dr Khoo has a particular interest in colonoscopy and endoscopy.
