As the clinical lead in the Familial Bowel Cancer Clinic at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, he provides specialised care to patients with hereditary gastrointestinal cancer syndromes. Dr Gan's clinical interests lie within luminal gastroenterology, with a particular focus on the resection of large complex colorectal polyps and difficult colonoscopies. He is also highly skilled in conducting procedures such as ERCP, Capsule Endoscopy, EUS, Endoscopy, and Hepatology.
