Dr Dave Listijono

Dr. Dave Listijono is an accomplished gynaecologist and obstetrician based in Kogarah, Sydney, Australia. He has a special interest in fertility and advanced laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Dave received his Medical Degree and a Master's degree in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and went on to complete a Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology. During his Ph.D., he was awarded the prestigious NHMRC Postgraduate Scholarship and received the Commendation for Research Excellence Award for his work on the causes of poor egg quality in older women. His research has led to the development of patentable innovations in the field of Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Dave has completed specialist training with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) and holds fellowships in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) and Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery (MIGS). He further honed his skills in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at the Sydney Women's Endosurgery Centre (SWEC) under the mentorship of renowned MIGS surgeons. Dr. Dave is dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for his patients and remains actively involved in teaching and research through his academic appointment at UNSW. He regularly imparts his knowledge to undergraduate medical students and junior doctors. Currently, Dr. Dave is leading a clinical trial investigating a new surgical approach for the treatment of endometriosis to optimize fertility outcomes.
