Dr Wei Li

Dr Wei Li is a skilled and experienced gynaecologist and obstetrician based in Kogarah, Sydney. With nearly two decades of experience, she is dedicated to providing high-quality care to her patients. Dr Li obtained her Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from China Medical University in 1994, and later completed her Master's degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2001. Prior to relocating to Australia in 2002, she worked in a bustling district gynaecological oncology center for four years. She also gained advanced training in the endoscopy unit at Shengjing Hospital in China.

Dr Li is fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling her to effectively communicate with patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. She is attentive to the cultural background and values of her patients, ensuring that she provides personalized and culturally sensitive care.

As a gynaecologist, Dr Li offers a wide range of services for the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. These include menstrual disorders, abnormal vaginal bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), ovarian cysts, fibroids, and incontinence. Additionally, she performs colposcopy examinations for abnormal Pap smears and provides treatment for pelvic organ prolapse.
