Dr Chris Jardim

Dr Chris Jardim is a highly skilled surgeon who completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney and his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland. He is a Fellow and member of the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), the Australian Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), and the Australian Hand Surgery Society. With a focus on hand and upper limb surgery, Dr Jardim completed an orthopaedic fellowship with the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and currently holds a position as a staff specialist in the Hand Unit and Plastic and Reconstructive Unit at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Dr Jardim's surgical expertise is complemented by his aesthetic judgment and diverse technical skills, allowing him to tailor his approach to each individual patient to ensure the best possible outcome. He prioritises the importance of building strong relationships with his patients, recognising the significance of open communication and trust throughout the surgical process.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dr Jardim finds joy in spending time with his family. His wife, also a surgeon, along with their children, provides him with the balance required to remain fully focused and dedicated when in the operating theatre.
