Dr Matthew Peters is an esteemed plastic and reconstructive surgeon specialized in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring surgery, complex trauma and reconstructive surgery, and skin cancer surgery. He completed his training in both general and plastic surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.  Dr Peters currently serves as the director of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the renowned Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital where he also coordinates one of Queensland's only public-funded plastic surgery clinics. He is a senior lecturer at the University of Queensland School of Medicine and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
