Dr Amy Touzell

Dr Amy Touzell is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with a proven track record in both Australia and the UK. She graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia with a medical degree in 2005 and continued her medical education with ten years of residency, registrar, and specialist surgery training. In 2015, she received her fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, marking the culmination of her extensive training in orthopedic surgery.

Dr Touzell further honed her skills through additional subspecialty training in trauma, foot and ankle, knee, and hip surgery. She completed two years of training at Oxford University Hospitals and the North Bristol Trusts in the UK, where she gained experience in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr Touzell is particularly interested in arthroscopic hindfoot surgery and deformity correction of the lower limb.
