Dr Ahmed Khan is an experienced and highly skilled cardiologist specialising in interventional cardiology. Based in Batemans Bay, New South Wales, Australia, he holds the prestigious title of MBBS FCSANZ FRACP FESC Interventional Cardiologist.
Dr Khan obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Karachi in 2001. He then pursued further subspecialty training, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Cardiology in 2012. Following this, he dedicated two years to advanced training in Interventional Cardiology.
During his first year of fellowship training, Dr Khan honed his skills at The Canberra Hospital. He then sought additional experience at Fremantle Hospital in Western Australia, where he completed his second year in Interventional Cardiology fellowship.

He is also highly proficient in performing angioplasty/stenting, utilizing fractional flow reserve (FFR), and employing optical coherence tomography (OCT).
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, Dr Khan has been honored with numerous awards during his five years of cardiology experience.
