With extensive experience in colorectal surgery, Tim Chittleborough is a distinguished consultant who offers private consultations at Cancer Specialists and performs operations at Melbourne Private Hospital. He is also associated with The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Royal Women’s Hospital. Tim completed his medical studies at Monash University and pursued his general surgery training at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Following this, he completed colorectal fellowships in Christchurch and Perth. With his consultant practice based in the Parkville medical precinct, Tim’s passion for surgical research led him to undertake a Doctorate of Medical Science at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. During his research, he explored the genetic factors of colorectal cancer. His dedication to surgical research is unwavering, and he continues to serve as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at The University of Melbourne. Tim’s professional capabilities have been recognized by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and he is a member of the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand and General Surgeons’ Australia.
