Prof. Roger Hart completed his medical degree in the United Kingdom in 1989. During his training in obstetrics and gynaecology, he pursued fellowships in gynaecological endoscopic surgery and reproductive medicine. In 2003, Prof. Hart became a senior lecturer in gynaecology at the University of Western Australia, where he established his academic career. As a testament to his contributions, Prof. Hart has received three grants from the National Health and Medical Research Council. He has recently submitted a five-year grant proposal to further investigate the associations between male and female reproductive disorders, using the Western Australian Pregnancy Cohort (Raine) Study.
