Dr Pradeepa Dasanayake

Dr. Pradeepa Dasanayake is a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in various mental health disciplines. Operating her private practice at The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond, she offers her expertise in treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Dasanayake obtained her MD in psychiatry in Sri Lanka and went on to complete her Fellowship with the distinguished Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANCZP) in 2003. Throughout her career, she has amassed extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, having worked closely with the North West Area Mental Health Service in Melbourne.

Having a deep interest in the field of psychiatry, Dr. Dasanayake has developed research expertise in areas such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and partner violence in women with mental health issues.
