Mr Mohammad Rafique

Meet Mr. Mohammad Rafique, who specialises in laparoscopic and general surgery as well as endoscopy. With a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons under his belt since 2009, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his patients. His training covered New Zealand before he became a consultant surgeon in the country from 2010 to 2015. Midway through 2015, Mr. Rafique relocated to Melbourne, Australia, to continue his practice.

Among his peers, Mr. Rafique is known for his passion for research within his field. He has a PhD in general surgery, which enabled him to dig deep into his area of specialization. Fluent in English and Bengali, he also has a working knowledge of Hindi and Japanese, which helps him connect better with foreign patients.
