Dr Robert Wood

Specializing in orthopaedic surgery, Dr Wood's primary interests include Hip, Foot, Knee, Ankle, and Shoulder surgery. He has a special interest in sports surgery, particularly shoulder, knee, and hip arthroscopy and reconstruction. Additionally, he has experience in joint replacement surgery, including anterior hip replacement, knee replacement, and shoulder replacement (including reverse). He also has expertise in trauma and injuries, providing prompt attention to urgent problems.

Dr Wood consults at the Geelong Private Medical Centre and St. Vincent's Private Hospital in Werribee. He operates at St John of God Hospital in Geelong, Epworth Geelong, and St. Vincent's Private Hospital in Werribee. With a focus on general orthopaedics, he prioritizes shoulder arthroscopy and replacement, as well as lower limb surgery, such as anterior approach hip replacement, hip arthroscopic surgery, and minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.
