Dr Matthew Boulton

Dr. Boulton specializes in various mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder and body dysmorphic disorder, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. He is a registered member of the RANZCP Psychotherapies Faculty and a member of the Australian ADHD Professional Association.

His passion and dedication extend beyond the general population, as he has experience working with diverse groups such as asylum seekers and refugees, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, doctors, psychiatrists, or medical students, gender diverse individuals, gay and lesbian individuals, Maori individuals, military veterans, individuals with physical disabilities, and emergency services personnel.

Dr. Boulton's expertise covers a wide range of areas, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, cognitive-behavioral therapy, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychosis, schizophrenia, and supportive psychotherapy.

He provides various services to his patients, including offering gender confirmation letters, providing opinions and reports (MBS item 291), shared care, and weekly psychotherapy sessions. Dr. Boulton also offers telehealth consultations for the convenience and accessibility of his patients.
