Dr Mark Rahman

Dr Mark Rahman is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over a decade of experience. He has a keen interest in microsurgery, reconstructive breast surgery, and skin cancer surgery. Recently, he relocated to Northern NSW, where he intends to establish himself as one of the few reconstructive plastic surgeons in the area.

Dr Rahman attended Edinburgh University Medical School and completed his basic surgical training in the UK. He began his career as a volunteer surgeon for Médecins Sans Frontières, providing medical assistance in Darfur, Sudan, and the Ivory Coast. Afterward, he moved to Australia and worked as a craniofacial surgery research fellow in Sydney. Dr Rahman went on to complete five years of specialized training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, leading to his admission as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2016.
