Dr Kevin Palumbo

Dr Kevin Palumbo is a well qualified radiation oncologist based in Elizabeth Vale, Adelaide, Australia. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he specialises in various areas, including head and neck, urological, respiratory, neurological, lung, gastrointestinal, central nervous system tumors, stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and palliative care.

Dr Palumbo obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Adelaide in 1988. He further pursued his training in radiation oncology at the prestigious Royal Adelaide Hospital, completing his studies in 1996. Following his training, he served as a consultant clinical oncologist at the Western Infirmary in Glasgow between 1997 and 1998.

Returning to his home country, Dr Palumbo joined the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a staff specialist before joining the Adelaide Radiotherapy Centre in 2001. He has also been actively involved in medical education, working as an examiner for the Part I examinations of the Faculty of Radiation Oncology from 2000 to 2003.
