Dr Kenny Yeoh is a general paediatrician based in Brighton, Melbourne, Australia. He is currently completing dual training in paediatric emergency medicine. Dr Yeoh obtained his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Melbourne in 2010, and then went on to earn his fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Paediatric and Child Health Division in 2019.
Dr Yeoh's professional interests lie in various areas of paediatrics. He welcomes referrals for all paediatric and developmental concerns, including asthma, eczema, allergies, neonatal health, infant feeding or sleeping issues, bed-wetting and constipation, poor growth, and concerns about early or late onset of puberty. Additionally, Dr Yeoh is skilled in addressing parental concerns regarding their child's learning, behavior, or development.
Dr Yeoh has completed specialist training at prestigious institutions including the Royal Children's Hospital, Monash Children's Hospital, Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital in Sunshine, and has also gained valuable experience in indigenous health through short stints in rural regional Queensland.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr Yeoh spends quality time with his young daughter and enjoys travelling with his family. He is also an avid cyclist who loves to explore the roads on his bike. Dr Yeoh holds joint appointments at the Epworth hospital group in Richmond and Geelong.
Furthermore, Dr Yeoh is actively involved in furthering his expertise in paediatric emergency medicine and trauma. Currently, he is a fellow at the Royal Children's Hospital where he aims to promote the use of point-of-care ultrasound and facilitate the expansion of paediatric-specific emergency care in peripheral and regional hospitals.
