Dr James MacKean

Dr. James MacKean is an exceptionally skilled Radiation Oncologist with expertise in prostate brachytherapy and a range of other specialties. He currently practices in Auchenflower, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Dr. MacKean obtained his medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 1988, after which he completed his specialty training in radiation oncology in 1999.

To further enhance his knowledge and skills, Dr. MacKean completed a Fellowship at Mt Vernon Hospital in London from 1999 to 2000. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Faculty of Radiation Oncology Genito-Urinary Group. Additionally, Dr. MacKean is an esteemed member of the Australasian Brachytherapy Group.
