Dr Graham Meredith

Dr. Meredith is a highly skilled and accomplished cardiothoracic surgeon with a passion for adult general cardiac and thoracic surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of New South Wales in 2006 and went on to complete his internship and residency before pursuing a specialization in cardiothoracic surgery. He obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2015 and subsequently completed post-fellowship training at the prestigious University of Ottawa Heart Institute in Canada. During his fellowship, he specialized in minimal access cardiac surgery, particularly for coronary revascularization and valve repair or replacement. He also completed training in trans catheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).

Dr. Meredith is currently appointed at Westmead Hospital, Blacktown Hospital, and Westmead Private Hospital, where he brings his expertise in adult general cardiac and thoracic surgery. He is known for his proficiency in performing total arterial revascularization, as well as minimal access coronary and valve surgery. Dr. Meredith also specialises in minimally invasive lung resection, TAVI, pacemaker and defibrillator insertions, and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. He is passionate about providing quality care and ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date and innovative surgical treatments available.
