Dr Gail Molland is a dedicated general surgeon who specialises in the management of breast disease, including benign and malignant conditions. She is highly affiliated with the prestigious Strathfield Breast Centre, where she attends regular multidisciplinary meetings aimed at providing the highest level of care to her breast cancer patients. Dr Molland is a team player who collaborates seamlessly with other healthcare professionals such as radiologists, pathologists, radiotherapists, medical oncologists, plastic surgeons, breast care nurses, psychologists, and allied health therapists to give patients the best possible outcomes in breast cancer treatment.

Dr Molland works hand in hand with plastic surgeons to provide breast cancer patients with reconstruction options when required. Additionally, she is accredited as a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) at Concord Hospital, Westmead Private Hospital, and Strathfield Private Hospital.
