Mr David Morgan

Mr David J Morgan is a highly-experienced Plastic Surgeon, holding a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He completed his surgeon training in 2003 and further pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery in Vancouver, followed by a Fellowship in Craniofacial Trauma and Reconstruction at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, where he developed advanced skills in the management of facial trauma and its resulting deformities.

Presently, Mr Morgan holds the position of Head of the Faciomaxillary Surgery Unit at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, where he manages all aspects of acute facial trauma, secondary facial deformities, and craniofacial congenital anomalies. Apart from this, he also operates a private practice that specialises in skin cancer and melanoma management, minor hand surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, and cosmetic facial surgery with an emphasis on rhinoplasty.

Mr Morgan has a keen interest in the training of future Plastic Surgeons across Australia. He previously served as the Victorian Regional Director of Training for five years and recently accepted the position of National Chairman of the Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Australia. Additionally, he is a Council Member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and a member of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), the Australian and New Zealand Society of Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (ANZCMFS), and the International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Mr Morgan's extensive training and vast experience in various fields of Plastic Surgery make him a well-respected member of the medical community. He continually strives to improve his skills and share his knowledge with future generations of Plastic Surgeons.
