Dr David Hale

Dr David Hale is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon with over two decades of experience in the Blacktown region. With a specialisation in knee and hip surgery, he is highly regarded among his patients and peers. Dr Hale’s clinical expertise lies in arthroscopic knee surgery, hip and knee replacements, and other related procedures.

Dr Hale has completed his training in Orthopaedic Surgery and has also undertaken fellowships in hip and knee surgery, including at Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Hospital Exeter, UK, with Professor Robin Ling. Dr Hale’s keen interest in research has allowed him to make regular presentations in both Australia and overseas. He is a member of various national and international associations and societies, including the Australian Knee Society.

Having always been passionate about sports and sport-related injuries, Dr Hale also has a keen interest in biomechanics. In addition to this, he is the NSW State representative on the National Joint Replacement Register of the Australian Orthopaedic Association. His experience on committees such as this has only added to his pre-existing interest and understanding of orthopaedic prostheses and new procedures.
