Dr Sunny Randhawa

Dr Sunny Randhawa is an Orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee. He obtained his FRACS (Orth) after completing advanced orthopaedic surgical training in New South Wales. Dr Randhawa further pursued his interests in complex hip and knee arthroplasty and orthopaedic trauma through fellowship training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. He subsequently gained valuable experience in hip arthroscopy and anterior hip replacement under the guidance of A/Prof John O'Donnell the President of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy in Melbourne.

During his fellowship, Dr Randhawa sharpened his proficiency in managing sports hip conditions such as femoro-acetabular impingement (FAI), gluteal tendinopathy, and hip replacement using minimally-invasive surgical techniques. He has published research work in peer-reviewed journals and presented his findings at national and international orthopaedic conferences. Dr Randhawa has also travelled to Europe and the USA to collaborate and train with renowned surgeons. He is actively involved in training and guiding orthopaedic trainees, preparing them for their exit exams.

Dr Randhawa has a wide range of special interests including Hip and Knee Arthroscopy, Hip Replacement, Knee Surgery, Fracture Surgery, ACL Reconstruction, and Gluteal Tendon Repair. He is affiliated with Norwest Private Hospital and The Hills Private Hospital in Sydney. Dr Randhawa is also available for telehealth consultations.
