Dr Vicki Carson

Dr. Vicki is an experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a deep passion for women's health. She grew up in rural Victoria and completed her medical training at Monash University in 1996. Later, she initiated her professional journey in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal Women's Hospital and the Mercy Hospital for Women. She took her final year of specialist training in high-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine, and ultrasound at the Royal Women's Hospital.

Dr. Vicki has made significant contributions to medical education. She worked as Deputy Director at the Deakin University School of Medicine, where she mentored and taught medical students. She even gained a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education from Flinders University. After working in public and private practice in Warrnambool, she established a group practice in East Melbourne before beginning solo practice.

At present, Dr. Vicki is engaged in teaching medical students in her private practice and is a training supervisor at the Royal Women's Hospital. She also acts as a mentor for young trainees through a trainee mentor scheme. Despite her busy schedule, Vicki successfully passed her Diploma of Diagnostic Ultrasound exam and continues to work in her private obstetric practice and performs ultrasound scans at the Royal Women's Hospital twice weekly.

Dr. Vicki's extensive experience and her commitment to continuous learning makes her a well-respected practitioner in her field. She takes pride in providing high-quality care to her patients and educating the next generation of doctors.
