Dr Richard Pemberton

Dr. Richard Pemberton is a highly experienced urological surgeon with a keen interest in da Vinci robotic surgery. His areas of expertise include robotic and laparoscopic urological surgery, uro-oncology, renal, prostate, and bladder cancer, prostate biopsy, endo-urology, and stones.

After obtaining his undergraduate medical degree from the University of Western Australia, Dr. Pemberton completed his postgraduate training in urological surgery in Perth, Western Australia. He then went on to complete a fellowship in laparoscopic urological surgery and endourology in Edinburgh, UK.

Dr. Pemberton is the Head of the Urology Department, Head of the Urological Surgical Audit Committee, and Urological Representative on the Medical Advisory Committee at Hollywood Private Hospital and SJOG Subiaco. He is a member of several professional societies including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, Endourological Society, Australian Medical Association, and European Urology Association.
