Dr Poh See Choo

Dr Poh See Choo is an accomplished medical oncologist with over 30 years of experience in the field. She obtained her MBBS degree from the prestigious University of Queensland in 1991 and subsequently pursued a career in medical oncology.

Dr Choo underwent three years of training at Mater Adult Hospital and Royal Brisbane Hospital, where she actively participated in multidisciplinary clinics that focused on various types of cancer, including Gynaecologic-oncology, Head and Neck, breast, and GI clinics. During her training, she also worked in the Haematology and bone marrow transplant unit at RBH.

Following her training, Dr Choo worked as a VMO at the Mater Public Hospital and engaged in part-time private practice. Currently, she serves as a private Medical Oncologist at Greenslopes, Mater, and Sunnybank Private Hospitals. Dr Choo is well-versed in managing all tumour types, with a special interest in colorectal and breast cancer.
