Dr Nicholas Lotz

Dr. Lotz is a highly-experienced surgeon with a comprehensive background in both cosmetic plastic surgery and complex reconstructive surgery. He has chaired the Castlecrag Private Hospital Medical Advisory Committee since 2015 and has been in Private Practice on the North Shore for over a decade. Holding a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Dr. Lotz brings a wealth of knowledge to any procedure he performs.

He is particularly skilled in several areas including breast surgery, including breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction. He’s also a specialist in ear reconstruction for those with prominent ears or complex deformities, nose surgery, facial cosmetic surgery such as facelift, browlift and blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and skin cancer surgery.

Dr. Lotz is an accredited surgeon at Castlecrag Private Hospital, as well as at North Shore Private Hospital and the Mater Hospital. For smaller procedures, he operates from his Mosman rooms under local anesthesia.
