Dr Michael Flannery

Darragh is a highly accomplished and qualified Irish-American cardiologist who has been trained in both Ireland and the United States. After completing his medical training at University College Cork in Ireland, he went on to undertake physician training in several locations, including England, Ireland, and Minnesota. This breadth of experience has given him a unique perspective on cardiology and allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the needs of patients from different backgrounds.

Darragh is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and has been Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in cardiology, receiving Fellowship in the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Cardiology in 2016. In addition to his general cardiology training, Darragh has also completed subspecialty electrophysiology training at St Vincent's Private Hospital and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. This advanced training has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to diagnose and treat complex arrhythmias, further enhancing his ability to provide high-quality care to his patients.
