Meet Mr Lih-Ming Wong, a highly skilled urologist with a sub-specialty in uro-oncology at Mitcham Private Hospital. After completing his medical training at Melbourne University, Ming acquired advanced urology training in Victoria before pursuing further fellowship sub-specialty training, where he spent one year at Addenbrookes Hospital - Cambridge, and two years at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. During his fellowship, Ming gained extensive experience in managing complex urological cancer cases and performing robotic-assisted surgeries. Apart from his expertise in uro-oncology, Ming is also experienced in treating men with urinary tract stones and lower urinary tract symptoms. He offers the Urolift procedure, Greenlight laser prostate vaporisation, and standard TURP to men with voiding difficulties. Ming has a passion for research and has obtained a Masters of Surgery while submitting his thesis for a Doctor of Medical Science.
