Dr Nasti's expertise lies in the areas of ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, brain injury, conversion disorder, depression, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), mentalisation-based therapy, obsessive-compulsive disorders, pain management, personality disorders, psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychosis, schizophrenia, and supportive psychotherapy.

His special interests revolve around youth and adult psychiatry, encompassing age groups such as mother and baby (perinatal psychiatry) and young adults aged 16-24. Dr Nasti has also accumulated valuable experiences working with gender-diverse individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, and those with physical disabilities.
