Dr Jaclyn Wloszczowski

Dr Jaclyn Wloszczowski is a highly skilled and compassionate obstetrician and gynaecologist based in Armadale, Melbourne, Australia. She obtained her medical degree from Monash University in 2006 and completed her training under the guidance of renowned specialists at Monash Health, The Townsville Hospital, and The Royal Women’s Hospital.

Dr Wloszczowski is a firm believer in providing holistic, woman-centred care, and she is dedicated to empowering women to actively participate in their own wellbeing. She is committed to supporting women throughout their entire reproductive lives and beyond. Her areas of expertise include the management of periods, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), abnormal pap smears and colposcopy, vulval conditions, and prolapse.

With a particular interest in pelvic pain and minimally invasive (laparoscopic/keyhole) surgery, Dr Wloszczowski strives to provide her patients with the most advanced and effective treatment options. She has extensive experience in handling low-risk, high-risk, and multiple pregnancies. She is capable of facilitating natural (vaginal) delivery, vaginal breech and twin delivery, instrumental birth, VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean section), and caesarean section. When a caesarean section is necessary or desired, Dr Wloszczowski ensures that the procedure closely resembles the normal physiological process of birth. She supports delayed cord clamping and promotes the earliest possible initiation and maintenance of skin-to-skin contact, believing that every birth should be a positive experience, in line with her patients' birth plans and wishes.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Wloszczowski is the managing director and co-founder of Embrace Women's Health and Embrace Physio + Pilates. Outside of work, she is passionate about exercise, food, and coffee, and enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Dr Wloszczowski is joined by a dedicated team of administrative staff, midwives, and allied health professionals who work together to provide comprehensive care and support to her patients.
