Dr Ian J. Dinihan

Dr Ian J. Dinihan is an experienced and highly skilled Ophthalmologist based in Hurstville, Sydney, Australia. With a particular focus on general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, pterygium surgery, and macular degeneration, he is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to his patients.

Dr Dinihan earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Otago University in New Zealand in 1979. Following this, he underwent registrar training both in New Zealand and at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, under the guidance of Professor Fred Hollows.

In 1990, Dr Dinihan established his private practice in Hurstville, where he has been serving the community for over three decades.
